2. Use Of Services

2.1. All participants must have a completed and signed waiver form before participating in any classes or activities at Liftonic Gym.

2.2. Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Liftonic Gym staff.

2.3. Liftonic Gym reserves the right to deny service to anyone not adhering to the rules and regulations.

3. Memberships and Payments

3.1. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

3.2. Payments for classes, memberships, and other services must be made as per the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

3.3. Liftonic Gym reserves the right to change membership fees and other charges at any time, with prior notice to the members.

4. Health And Safety

4.1. Participants must inform Liftonic Gym staff of any existing medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in any class or activity.

4.2. Liftonic Gym is not responsible for any injuries sustained during participation in our programs, classes, or activities.

4.3. All participants are required to wear appropriate gym attire and follow hygiene practices.

5. Registration and Membership

5.1 Eligibility: Membership at Liftonic Gym is open to all genders , subject to availability and compliance with our guidelines.

5.2 Registration: To register participant must complete and submit the registration form and agree to these terms and conditions.

5.3 Membership Fees: Membership fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable. Fees are subject to change, and members will be notified of any changes in advance.

5.4 Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. However, fees paid are non-refundable.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Respect and Behavior: All members, participants, and staff are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

6.2 Safety Rules: Safety is our top priority. Members must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6.3 Attire: Proper gym attire is required for all classes. Jewelry should not be worn during training sessions for safety reasons.

7. Use of Facilities

7.1 Access: Members are allowed to use the facilities during their scheduled class times. Access outside of these times is not permitted unless otherwise authorized by Liftonic Gym staff.

7.2 Supervision: Liftonic Gym is not responsible for belongings left unattended.

7.3 Damage: Members are responsible for any damage caused to Liftonic Gym property due to misuse or negligence.

8. Liability

8.1 Assumption of Risk: Gym involves inherent risks. By enrolling, members/participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Liftonic Gym will not be liable for any injuries or damages incurred.

8.2 Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liftonic Gym, its staff, and instructors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the facilities or participation in activities.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Liftonic Gym reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
